Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders for items available on the TME Cosmetics website are processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed during promotional sales, product launches or periods of increased order volume may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Once an order has been delivered and marked as such by the shipping carrier, TME Cosmetics is not responsible for packages left unattended on a front porch, doorstep, mailbox or other unsecured location. Customers are encouraged to retrieve packages promptly, as certain cosmetic products may be affected by extreme heat, direct sunlight or prolonged exposure to high temperatures, which may alter the product's original texture, appearance or consistency.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at the time an order is placed. If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please contact TME Cosmetics immediately at tmecosmetics@gmail.com with the recipient's name, order number and a screenshot of the order summary. Please include CHANGE OF ADDRESS in the subject line of the email. Address-change requests are not guaranteed and are dependent on the status of the order at the time the request is received. If a change of address is successfully approved, the customer will receive an email confirmation. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, TME Cosmetics may be unable to make any changes to the shipping address.

CANCELLATION POLICY

TME Cosmetics orders may begin processing within 24 hours, therefore cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after placing an order. Orders may only be canceled before processing has begun and before any made-to-order items have been created. Once processing has started, the order can no longer be canceled. For approved cancellations, a 2.9% convenience fee will be deducted from the total refund to cover payment processing costs. Customers requesting a cancellation should contact TME Cosmetics at tmecosmetics@gmail.com as soon as possible and provide their order number. Cancellation requests submitted after processing has begun are not guaranteed and may not be approved.
