CUSTOM ORDERS

PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING CUSTOM ORDERS

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders go through a process. 

Firstly: Products are discussed between TME Cosmetics and the customer. Ingredients are discussed as well as pricing. An initial spreadsheet will be provided to our customers allowing reviews of quantity and pricing.

Secondly: Once product details are finalized, TME Cosmetics will provide a second invoice with a direct payment link which expires in 72 hours. Please note custom products that are private labelled will carry an assembly fee of approximately .50c-$1 per item. Assembly fee covers manual label of filling bottles or jars and or adding labels to products.

Thirdly: Once payment is received. TME Cosmetics will order all necessary ingredients to fulfill the order. Delivery of those ingredients to our warehouse can take anywhere between 3-5 working days.

Next: Once ingredients have arrived to the warehouse, the orders order fulfillment will begin. Custom orders typically take anywhere between 7-10 business days to be fulfilled depending on the size of the order. 

ADDING LABELS

TME Cosmetics will design the labels which typically take 24-48 hours. Once label design is approved by the customer, we will submit your design to our printing company which typically delivers in 5-7 working days.
